Strength and Conditioning Class
Strength training involves the use of resistance exercise in
the pursuit of increased strength.
Resistance drills can come from several sources
such as body weight (example: pull-ups), free weights, medicine balls, odd-objects (example:
gym weights), and resistance bands.
Conditioning comes from surviving Coach Carlton's insane work out drills of both strength and resistance training.
Open to all member's of Ring Sports Hawaii and Power House Gym.
